Steve and Dean Agreement

Steve comes at 2219 Wurtele and lives with Dean.

Dean is obliged to buy groceries and anything needed for cooking.

Steve is obliged to cook for him and Dean. Steve is obliged to wash the dishes too. Steve is obliged to pay 500$ 1st June to Dean, so Dean will pay the landlord 1,500$ as she wants to be happy. If Dean for any reason decide to move from 2219 Wurtele apartment then Steve is also obliged to leave, except if he manages to make a separate deal with the landlord. Steve knows that Dean has deal with the landlord to stay in 2219 Wurtele till 30 August. Dean is obliged to have a bed for Steve to be able to sleep on 1st June. Before 1st June Dean is obliged to offer just a mattress.

Steve will accompany Dean whenever he goes for work.
Steve is obliged to wear working clothes with DN logo while he is accompanying Dean
Steve will behave polite to Dean’s clients. We call men, “MR” And women “Madam”. If the client offer to us coffee or drink, or snack or food… we always say yes thank you. We never deny food or drink when a client offer to us. We don’t open long conversations with the clients. Steve, is ok to lift till 20 kgrs weight and walk even along stairs if needed. Steve is ok to follow Dean’s commands during work. Dean agreed to work with Dean for 30 days without any conversation or demand for payment. After 30 days of work with Dean, both (Steve and Dean) will talk together and they will both see the opportunity if it is possible to work together and be partners.

If Steve wants to leave the apartment anytime he is free to do it. But after 1st June the rent he pays 500$ to Alina can not be returned to him back.

Dean is free to decide when it is possible to take Steve at work. Some clients of Dean are very sensitive. Some of them are families with small kids and some even babies. Dean is free to decide when it is ok to take Steve with him at work. Dean is not obliged to take Steve at work every day.

Dean can ask from Steve to stay home and work from home according Dean’s directions. E.g. work in internet or paper work or office work or clean and arrange the tools. Dean has to give accurate directions in that case.

Steve can not brink friends or visitors to 2219 Wurtele apartment. Dean can not brink visitors either.

After the 30 days testing work with Steve, any of them, Dean or Steve is free to quit the cooperation. If Dean declares that he is not finding interesting to cooperate with Steve anymore he can ask from Steve to leave the apartment. In that case Steve can still stay 30 days, paying his rent 500$. In that case Steve is still obliged to cook and wash the dishes but he is not obliged to accompanying Dean at work. After the 30 days of Steve without work, Steve is obliged to move out from the apartment. If Steve declares that he is not finding interesting to cooperate with Dean anymore, he still has the right to stay in 2219 Wurtele for 30 more days, paying his rent 500$ and having lunches. But he is obliged to cook and clean the house and wash the dishes.
