JOB means "Just Over Broke" I am not looking for employees. I am looking for partners who will share with me: 1) The brand name 2) The responsibility 3) The management of my company.​
I have my own company and dedicated clients for many years already, why I should join your company?
I can not take decisions that will effect your life and your business besides you. You are responsible to make your own decisions for your business and for your family. If you do not find such reasons, if you are already happy with your business as you re doing so far, then well done!! Stay at your business and enjoy your life you already know! Special when you are an old wolf, I understand that you hesitate new paths and learn new tricks. So hunt, as you already know and do not bother me with meaningless phone-calls. I also do not want to become your employee. I am sure we understand each other.
I am a small contractor/handyman, what should be the benefits if I join your Company.
I also can not take a decision for you either. I am not your father brother or sister either. You, will take the decisions for your life and for your business.
Generally the benefits of our unity would be:
1) Power in union. We can deal big projects all together.
2) We can have one accountant, one lawyer, one secretary for our company and pay him/her commonly.
3) We can share tools.
4) We can rent an industrial space to store our tools together.
5) We can share experience and ideas.
6) We can advertise together and we can share the same brand name.
7) We will be together in every difficult situation.
Why do you want to keep 55% of the Company's shares for you?
That is a good question actually.
Somebody needs to guarantee the status of the Company and the begins of the Company. I am the founder already and so far I am the only who can guarantee that this Company will have clear ideology, clear mission and be able to satisfy the begins that already have mentioned.
You have attached your personal biography to the web page of your business. Is it possible to remove your bio from your website?
Unfortunately not. My biography is attached to my Handymen Business and that is a fact that can not be changed. Otherwise we will talk for a completely different idea and a completely different business proposal. If you have such idea to propose, then I suggest you to start your own business and give to that your brand name and your ideology you prefer.
I will definitely publish on my web anyone's else biography who will join my company. Handyman means, that you enter the personal space of your clients and definitely they have at least the right to know who you are and where are you coming from. And always know that we enter our client's personal space as visitors and we leave as visitors. We don't judge, we don't criticize. We do our work and we leave such easy as we entered.
I have already plenty customers for me. Why I should share them with other handymen in your company?
Being a member of my Company that doesn't mean that you are going loose your customers. Whenever a client that has been brought from you to our company needs "Handyman assistance" then you have priority to serve him/her. But ask yourself. How many times one of your clients wanted your help but you were not able to serve him/her because you were busy with another project?
Being all together, and working as a team than each of us individually means: Flexibility and mutual beneficious.
I am a smoker. Can I smoke infront of the clients?
Definitely not. Smoking is not allowed, not even outdoors. We never smoke at work. We will honor the company's ethos code and among other rules, smoking is not allowed.
How many Handymen-partners do you have the ambitious to include to your Company?
I would personally be happy if I find just one. I don't want discounts to the begins of the Company. But if someone has something else to propose and he convinces me that its a good idea I may adapt that idea. I would also be happy if I find 9 Handymen who complies and qualifies the needs and the standards of my Company. I will also be happy if I find one thousand Handymen to join my Company. I will just be unhappy if I find one day that my Company has lost the personality, the ethos, the begins and the standards with which I 've started my business.
Who is going to take the decissions and who is going to manage the company?
I do not dream to build a pyramid business where I will be at the top and all the others bellow me. I want we, all together be equal among equal. And all together democratically decide for the development and the future of the Company. I have to keep the presidency of the Company to guarantee the Values and the begins of the Company and not to lead you. Many of you perhaps are better than me with more experience to business management.
Are you willing to reduce your percentage of the Company from 55% to 1% if we guarantee to you that the begins you have set will be well apreciated.
Of course yes. There are two kind of ppl. The one kind are Opportunists and the other kind are Missioners. And of course there are some ppl - businessmen who are both of that same time. I would rather say that first of all I am a missioner but if I see a good opportunity to build a wealthy Company, I am not going to deny. But I am not going to "sell" cheap my values and my begins for making money or brag that I am the president and greatest shareholder. In the future I may reduce my percentage in the Company and I may loose the "presidency" if and only if I see that my move will not be against to the Company.
If I join your Company do you guarantee to me that I will always have work at least 30h/week?
Neither the God can guarantee, not only to you but to none that you will be fully occupied, heathy, young and beautiful and you will not loose your girlfriend before you turn 70 y.o. Life is a risky game and doing business you accept all the risks you get in. But I encourage you to see the mathematic equation. Is it better you work alone and have multiple responsibilities and challenges everyday to face alone? How many big projects you lost because you didn't had the team to bit the work?
How much do you spend in advertising for your business? Isnt it better we all together we share a strong brand name instead of each of us developing a separate brand name? Isn't it better we buy insurance for our Company all together? Accountant all together? Lawyer all together?
I can only tell you, that so far I always have work and I am only sad because I am loosing projects and clients because I don't have 100 hands. But its because of me and my way of working. Its because I give value to my projects and my top priority is to serve my clients with these values: Safety, Respect to the client, Good work, Speed, Reasonable prices.
If you are not good to work and if you do not have values at your work then neither your mother will want to be your client.

No, please do not call me on phone. I am a very busy guy. If I don't work, I will drive, or resting and I do need my personal time also. I have attached all the info you want to my web page and if you are interested to my business proposal you can apply through my web page. My residence is not in Montreal like you, can I still join your business?
Yes, of course you can. I would rother prefer to find partners in Montreal at this stage of my business. The benefits of our cooperation in this stage would be more if we all work and live in Montreal. But if you live in Toronto, Edmonton, Vancouver,.. wherever in Canada and you still want to join my Company and work with my brand name, then I am willing to give the proper time to work with you in this matter and make it work.
I am not handyman, but I can sell you several services. Promotion, investors, loans from the bank with low rate, etc. Are you interested?

I am a very busy guy. Please do not waste my time meaningless. I am not going to have any meeting with anyone just because to satisfy his/her curiosity. I will have meetings only with handymen who have applied already to join my Company. The application should include 5 handymen photos to be valid. Just know that when you submit your application, your submission stays private and is not published at my website. We need first to have deal and sign "Contract of cooperation" in order your photos and application to go public on my web site.
I see that you own the brand name "Experienced Handywomen". Can a handywoman apply to join your team?
Yes, it is possible. If you are experienced handywoman or you want to be engaged in this business and gain experience by working with us, that is something that I will give the proper time to find out if we can have a deal to that. You need to follow all the procedure to join the team no matter if you are woman or man. I am not going to reject your application just and only because your sex. But I am not going to do any exception to you or do anything in order to convenient your application.
