Strategic Decissions of 2025
From 1st December 2024, I announced a call to 17 of my most dedicated clients to upgrate their status and from business clients of 9478-9161 Quebec inc to be become "Justdean members". The deadline of the call was 31st December. None of the 17 clients responded to this call. ​
Taking into account, all the relating factors and aiming to protect the future of my business, I came out to those two critical decisions:
​First. I stop to serve any of my clients who have received but didn't respond yet to the Call of 1st December 2024.
Second. I increase my hourly wage from 40 $/h to 45 $/h for the year 2025.

All projects that have already being planned will be served as planned without being affected.
This decision is in Charge from the day of announcement, 4th January 2025.

Important announcement from Dean
I would like to make it clear to my friends and clients that I do not take projects relatively with plumbing. Some times in the past I worked in plumbing projects indeed helping out friends who had some plumbing issues. Those projects were either small. (E.g. toilet flash repairs or dishwasher drain leak repairs) Or were complicated projects e.g, bathtub change (But I was acting as assistant and in cooperation with a technician who has RBQ) From now on I don't receive any project relating with plumbing since I do not have RBQ for plumbing work. However technicians who are members of CMMTQ can register to my website and receive plumbing projects from my clients.
