If we finally sign a contract of co-operation together -- Me (Dean) and You -- , then you must know that the nine most important demands for me (and my company) are:

The hourly wage of your work is set up by me (Dean). For the moment being is 35-40$ per hour plus tax From your hourly wage the company "Dean Justdean" will abstract 1$/hour. That will be the cost for the management and developing of the company.

You will wear at your clothes and at your truck the logo of our Company.

You are not allowed to work independently to other clients without my (Dean's) permission.

You will buy with your own expenses all the needed tools and a propriate van (in case you don't have yet).

Our contract will have duration of one year. After that year we may extent our contract or cease it.

Our co-operation is cancelled in case you have any inappropriate behavior against any member of the company or against any of our clients.

The Company receives the payments from the clients. The Company will abstract 1$ from each hour you worked and will send you the rest by internet banking at your bank account. That will happen daily.

You are not employee of the Company but independent affiliate. The Company is not obliged to find work for you every and each day. Those days that there is not work for you, you can not work for clients of your own that you may have. You need to suggest to those clients to book your services through our Company.

The Company is positive to sell to you shares but that is possible to happen only after some period where we both are able to see that we have built trust, dedication and we are able to co-work together. That period could be from few months till one year.
